FIPS Mouche - Federation Internationale de Peche Sportive Mouche | 4.1. All FIPS-Mouche authorised championships will be conducted in accordance with the Olympic ideal. 4.2. The flags of the participating countries must be flown throughout all championships. 4.3. All FIPS-Mouche World Championships (but not necessarily other championships) must have an opening ceremony with civic participation, at which all countries must be introduced, a statement made on the Olympic ideals and a declaration made of the opening of the games. 4.4. All FIPS-Mouche World Championships (but not necessarily other championships) must also have a closing ceremony, with civic participation, which will feature the presentation of the gold, silver and bronze medals to both the team and individual champions, followed by the declaration of the close of the games. 4.5. Only the national anthem of the individual and teams gold medal winners must be played immediately after the presentation. Only the registered team members may be on the podium at this point in time. During the playing of the anthem the flags of bronze, silver and gold medals are raised. |
SAFFA - South African Fly Fishing Association | 4.1. All SAFFA authorized championships will be conducted in accordance with the FIPS-Mouche & Olympic ideal. 4.2. All SAFFA National Championships must have an opening ceremony. 4.3. All SAFFA National Championships (but not necessarily other championships) must also have a closing ceremony which will feature the presentation of the gold, silver and bronze medals to both the team and individual champions, the announcement of the host members and venue for the following years Championship, followed by the declaration of the close of the Championships. 4.4. All Members must, when appointed to organize National, or Provincial competitions, present a declaration to the SAFFA President or his appointed representative which shall state that SAFFA & FIPS-Mouche Competition Rules and C.I.P.S. Statutes will be applied. |
