7.1. In all championships authorized by SAFFA, these Competition Rules apply, except when otherwise specified within these rules or changed in Rule Modifications to take account of the laws, regulations, practices and particular needs of the host venue.

7.2. Any changes arising from the application of Article 7.1 must be included in the Rule Modifications.

7.3. A draft of the Rule Modifications must be prepared during the visit of the Competition Officer (Article 3.4 refers) and finalized within one month of the visit for submission to the Executive Committee.

7.4. The Executive Committee must review, modify if considered necessary and approve the Rule Modifications ideally not later than 2 (two) months prior to the event.

7.5. The SAFFA Competitions Officer must send the Rule Modifications to all members within 1 (one) week of their approval by the Executive Committee.

7.6. Last minute changes to the Rules Modifications may only be initiated by the Championships Organizer and the Senior SAFFA Representative present at the championship. Both parties should agree to the necessity of any last-minute change. (i.e force majeure, extreme water levels, safety, pollution,
etc.).

7.1. The latest published version of FIPS-Mouche rules will apply during a championship. In all championships authorised by FIPS-Mouche, these Competition Rules apply. Certain additions/enhancements/changes to the rules may be specified in Rule Modifications to take into account the laws, regulations, practices and particular needs of the Host Country.

7.2. Any changes arising from the application of Article 7.1. must be included in the Rule Modifications document.

7.3. A draft of the Rule Modifications document must be prepared during the visit of the FIPS-Mouche Board Member and finalised within one month of the visit for submission to the FIPS-Mouche Board.

7.4. The FIPS-Mouche Board must review, modify if considered necessary and approve the Rule Modifications ideally not later than seven months prior to the event.

7.5. The Rule Modifications will be published on the FIPS-Mouche website within one month of their approval by the FIPS-Mouche Board.

7.6. Last minute changes to the Rules Modifications may only be initiated by the International Organiser and the Senior FIPS-Mouche Representative present at the championship. Both parties should agree to the necessity of any last minute change. (i.e force majeure, extreme water levels, safety, pollution, …etc).
