SAFFA

The South African Fly Fishing Association (SAFFA) coordinates various Member Associations representing competitive fly anglers, promoting development at national, provincial, and grassroots levels. SAFFA provides a platform for anglers of all ages to join the organized sport through provincial associations, allowing them to participate in national events and compete for spots on provincial teams. Annual updates to the SAFFA Individual Ranking list invite top anglers to National Team selection trials. SAFFA is affiliated with international bodies like FIPS-Mouche, ensuring participation in World Championships and the biennial Commonwealth Fly Fishing Championships.
